QUESTION:  Do you supply samples  ?
REPLY:  Yes, we supply samples free of charge.
The samples are free of charge, but the parcel need to be freight collect.
QUESTION:   What is your delivery ?
REPLY:      Generally, our delivery is 20days to 35days, depend on quantity.

QUESTION:   What is your payment method ?
REPLY:      20% T/T in advance before production, 80% balance paid upon copy of
shipping documents.

QUESTION:   What is your quality control system?
Reply:   Before production, we send the pre production sample to customers for approval.

During the production we produce the goods strictly according to the
approved  samples.
When 1/3 to 1/2 of goods was produced, we inspect the goods for first time.
Before packing, we inspect the goods for second time.
Before shipment, we inspect the goods for third time, and we send the shipment
samples to customers for confirm again.

After customers confirmed the shipment samples, we arrange the shipment.

QUESTION:   Do you accept small order ?
REPLY:      Yes, we accept it.  If the order amount is less than USD 2000,
we will add USD100 as export handle cost.

REPLY:      Our main market is Europe, North America, South America,
Asia, South Africa
